Principle

Our starting point is to cleverly extreme simplify current and future business processes in a durable way using the smart SixBlocks solution platform. We do this by connecting the most important current systems within your organisation, or by offering your organisation a completely new platform. The smart platform consists of two parts: the Business Rules Canvas and the Business Rules Engine.

In the Business Rules Canvas, your organisation independently models business process requirements and needs at three levels:

1. the plan; the coherence of the customer, product and process model plus current systems
2. the memo board; the visualisation of the functionality in six blocks (= SixBlocks)
3. the details; the coloured-in details per memo from the memo board

In the Business Rules Engine section, these business processes are automatically executed in the transaction and workflow management solution.

Plan

The first level of the Business Rules Canvas is the plan.

The plan of the business rules consists of clusters and cells that are connected to each other. Around them, the main systems present are linked. They describe the market segment, the products and the services of the entire administrative organisation.

Memo board

The second level of the Business Rules is the memo board.

Within each cell of the plan there is a memo board with the six blocks of SixBlocks. On the memo board, the contours of the business rules are made known through memo boards.

Details

The third and last level of the Business Rules Canvas are the business rules.

The details of the business rules are worked out per memo of each memo board. It can be seen as colouring in the symbols on a colouring page. This means that the explicit meaning of the business rules becomes clear.

Transaction and workflow management

Employees of the administrative organisation are integrally involved in working out the plan, the memo board and the details of the business rules. As a result, they are fully committed and give their input from the perspective of the end customer.

The consequence of applying the business rules in the Business Rules Canvas is the creation of a completely automated transaction and workflow management. All transactions and workflows that take place in the portfolio are implemented by the end customer and/or by the organisation’s employees.

Transactions and workflows are driven by the platform’s so-called Business Rules Engine. Indeed, every change is/will be modelled in the business rules of the six blocks. The platform’s Business Rules Engine simply walks past the six blocks and the corresponding functionality is executed. The moving visualisation with the six blocks symbolises this principle. With this way of thinking and working, a suitable solution can be devised, worked out and implemented for every change.
